At Yardball USA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy allows for returns of like-new products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is initiated due to a damaged product, in which case we will arrange and cover the return shipping expenses. Additionally, for orders placed during the months of November and December, the return window is extended until January 31st of the following year. This policy is designed to accommodate holiday purchases, providing you with ample time to make returns and exchanges.
